Revd Dr Stuart Mews former Rector of the parishes of Tilbrook, Covington, Keyston, Catworth, and Stow Longa, passed into Heaven on Thursday 29th Aug 2024. Stuart lived at Tilbrook Rectory between 2000 and 2007 where he took the services for the Parishes.

The father of four boys and multiple grandchildren, Stuart’s achievements included being the president of the ecclesiastical history society, his primary academic interest being church history around the time of the first world war.
