Growing in Faith

House groups

Some of our congregation like to join together in small groups to deepen in faith.  Each group has a coordinator, but seeks to share leadership in prayer, worship, learning and sharing within the group.  But don’t worry, if that seems scary no-one will make you do something you don’t feel able to do.  We have the following groups running:

Tuesday Evenings from 7:30 p.m.

With Daphne Durrant at Constables Leys, Kimbolton.  Telephone Daphne on 01480 869055 if you want to join.

Wednesday Afternoons from 2:00 p.m.

With Pamela Soult at Thrapston Road, Kimbolton.  Right now all the places are full, but if this time-slot is the only one you can make, contact Revd Philip (or speak to Pamela if you know her)

Wednesday Evenings from 7:30 p.m.

With Revd Philip at The Rectory, Tilbrook and also on Zoom.  Contact Philip on the details below.

Listening to Sermons Again

Did a sermon catch your imagination?  We think that if it’s worth giving sermons, it’s worth re-listening to them.  If we’ve recorded one, you can click here to listen again on the South Leightonstone YouTube channel (you don’t need a YouTube subscription, just click to listen!)

The Ignation Way

This link takes you to a spirituality course guiding you through the Ignation Way.  Give it a go!  Ignatian Way

Cursillo is a movement of the Church providing a method by which Christians are empowered to grow through prayer, study and action and enabled to share God’s love with everyone.  We have an active group.  If you want to find out more, click here, or view the Ely Cursillo website.

If you are baptised and want to confirm your faith and become a full participant in your church, please contact the Rector as below:
